Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use CardMood: the CardMood app for macOS, its design library, the license service and the website at cardmood.store (together, "CardMood", "we", "us"). By buying or using CardMood, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use it.

1. Purchase and delivery

CardMood costs AED 50 as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Ziina; we never see or store your card details. After payment you can download the app from cardmood.store and you receive a license key that activates it. CardMood is a digital product and is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed.

2. License agreement

When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CardMood:

If you replace your Mac or iPhone, contact us and we'll help you move the license. You may not share, resell, rent or publish your license key or the app; copy or redistribute the design library; or reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licensing of the app, except where the law gives you that right. We can deactivate a license that is shared, resold, or used in breach of these terms.

3. Requirements and compatibility

CardMood needs a Mac running macOS 14 or later, an iPhone on a supported iOS version (currently iOS 18.0 up to iOS 27.2 beta 2), a USB cable and an internet connection for activation. It doesn't run on Windows and isn't an iPhone app. Apple's software updates can change how iOS works and may stop CardMood from working until we release an update. We can't guarantee that CardMood will support every future iOS version. Please check the supported versions on our website before you buy and before you update iOS.

4. Acceptable use

CardMood changes only how cards look in Apple Wallet on your own iPhone. You agree to use it only on devices you own or are allowed to use, and not to:

5. Trademarks and designs

CardMood is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or by any bank or card issuer. Apple, Apple Wallet, Apple Pay, iPhone, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. and are used only to describe what CardMood works with. The CardMood name, logo, app, original designs and website content belong to us.

You are responsible for the pictures you apply with CardMood. Only use images you own or have permission to use, and don't use other companies' logos or trademarks in a way that could confuse people or infringe their rights.

6. Disclaimer

CardMood is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or software version. CardMood works by changing display files on your iPhone. Like any tool that changes device content, it carries some risk, and you use it at your own risk. Back up your iPhone before use. CardMood isn't an Apple product, and Apple doesn't support it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of CardMood. Our total liability for any claim relating to CardMood is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Updates and changes

We may release updates to the app and may require a recent version to keep using the license service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using CardMood after a change, the updated terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
